Dry Skin: Dry skin appears dry and sometimes tends to flake; it often feels tight after washing. This happens due to lack of oil in the skin layer. This is the key reason why it tightens up as the skin tends to react to weather changes. Dust does not tend to settle on dry skin as it is not oily. So people with dry skin are not prone to problems like clogging of pores and acne. As the oil contain in the skin layer is less, moisturizing is required.
Combination Skin: A combination Skin is a mix of oily and dry skin. Some parts tend to have more oil in skin layer and appear shinier, while other is dry and flakes as it has less oil. Majority of people have a oily center around their T-zone, which is across their forehead, nose and chin. The dry area includes the cheeks, neck and area around their eyes. So in this skin type you tend to face problems of both oily and dry skin type. Proper cleaning of oily part with water is requires while for the dry area moisturizing is required.
Different types of skin treatments are available as per the skin type. Daily skin care routine like simple cleansing toning and moisturizing can result to a healthy looking skin. People often need to identify their skin type first and then accordingly use products on their skin.
Healthy food and healthy lifestyle are also a part of skin care. You will be amazed to know how healthy food habits and lifestyle can benefit and help to get a younger looking healthy skin. Food rich in saturated fat, calories is not ideal for a greater looking skin. On the contrary food rich in iron, mineral, vitamins is very good for the skin. Excess of water consumption can also be beneficial, as it removes lot of toxic from the body, and making it more healthy and glowing. Regular exercising and having enough sleep is a part of healthy lifestyle.
